Is a Rebound the Best Way to Get Over a Breakup?

Remember, that not everyone is lucky enough to stay with their first love forever. Break ups are difficult experiences and no two people deal with it the same way. But is a rebound the best way to help you cope? Absolutely not.Rebounds tend to cause more harm then good when dealing. So how do you get over that person, and deal with a break up in a healthy way? The list of ways to do this is endless.

When first breaking up with someone, it puts you in a temporary state of depression. there are a million different emotions going on in your head. You feel hopeless and rejected, and sometimes find it difficult to even crawl out of bed in the morning. You need to grieve for your lost relationship, just as if you were grieving the loss of a loved one.

Many people blame themselves for their breakups, even if it wasn't their fault. Others simply surround themselves with loved ones, which is the best possible thing that you can do. The worst thing that you can do is go chasing after another relationship. Give yourself to deal and concentrate on yourself for a while, and in time, another will come your way.

People usually jump into rebound relationships in order to get back at their ex. What they don't realize is, the other person has probably already moved on. The only thing you are succeeding in doing is hurting the person that you are rebounding with. What does that accomplish?

Is it really worth hurting another person just to anger an ex?  Is it really worth it getting over someone at the expense of anothers feelings? There are plenty of other ways to get over a break up than causing someone else pain.
